Don’t stop now. You are nearly there. I know you’re tired. I know you want to give in and quit. What’s the harm in in taking one day off from your routine right?

Don’t do it. It wont take that long for you to take that walk or write that journal entry. If you really can’t keep it up, do a short session at the gym. Mix it up. Go for a swim instead of a run.
